Président Brie is a soft, cow's milk cheese with a white rind and soft straw coloured interior. It has a subtle yet distinctive mild and creamy flavour and a delicious creamy texture.
A truely world-famous cheese, this is also one of the most versatile of French cheeses. Brie is perfect on a platter to share with a chunk of baguette and a glass of Burgundy; try it with cherries or have it hot when used as part of a recipe.
